Marla is the best! Not only is she very professional and organized but she’s also very friendly and kind. She showed my husband and I around Fallbrook (we were new to the area) and did not put any pressure on us at all. We told her we just wanted to get to know the area and she said she’d be happy to take us around. She came prepared with multiple properties for us to look at and was very knowledgeable about the area. Then, a few months later when we were ready to buy, Marla made the process simple and easy. We were in escrow for 6 months with a short sale and Marla called us every 2 weeks to give us an update and stay in touch. I was impressed by her being proactive so we never had to wonder what was going on. Once we finally closed, Marla was just as excited for us as we were.
