Marla patiently waited until the property was ready and then diligently worked to see the sale through. Her experience was clear from her attention to all the details to ensure nothing fell through at the last minute. She was prompt to keep me informed and easy to reach. I especially appreciated her willingness to work with me being remote during the sales process and not being intimidated by a less than ideal situation w/ an ex on the property.
