Jason Mraz
Mraz is a top selling recording artist and singer/songwriter. San Diego Magazine reported that “When he’s not on the road, Mraz chills at his home in North County, near Fallbrook, surrounded by avocado trees and assorted artist friends.”
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott
The couple purchased a bed & breakfast and lived part-time in Fallbrook 2007 – 2009.
Phillip Agassi
(Brother of tennis star Andre Agassi). Former resident Philip Agassi played host to Andre & Steffi (Graf), their kids (along with their Hollywood friends) at his Morro Hills hide-away.
Duke Snider
Baseball Hall of Fame outfielder who played 18 years in the Major Leagues, primarily with the Dodgers (both in Brooklyn and Los Angeles). He later did stints as a Montreal Expo and San Diego Padres play by play announcer. Over the years, he became a Fallbrook fixture, a local businessman, Hollywood actor, and avocado grower. He was a resident of Fallbrook for more than 50 years. He passed away in 2011.
T. Jefferson Parker

Frank Capra
One of the world’s most influential directors, Frank Capra (It’s a Wonderful Life, Mr. Smith Goes To Washington), owned a ranch in Fallbrook. At his death, he donated a portion of this 1,100-acre (4 sq km) estate to CalTech.
Over the years, other celebrities have had homes in Fallbrook including Martin Milner (Adam 12, Route 66), Henry Fonda, John Barrymore, Lon Chaney, Liberace and Earle Stanley Gardner.
